Kin , Ron, and Marc made the process so painless and easy. Been to different dealership to look at vehicles and the customer service was crap. Seemed either the sales man was to pushy, or the fiance manager didn't enjoy there job. All 3 of the young men really seemed to enjoy their jobs. Kin went out of his way sending me a video of the vehicle I was thinking about purchasing so when I showed up numbers were ran and already approved! No point making an appointment they donβt really honor them! I had a 1 pm appointment for an oil change that I made 6 months ago, and they didnβt get my car until 1:40. And didnβt finish with it until 3?

I always enjoy going to the dealership for any type of maintenance. They are always friendly, the restrooms are immaculate, lobby area is so comfortable & they have tons of snacks & some beverages! Also, I was made aware of any charges before they even serviced my vehicle.

I just purchased a Kia EV6 GT from Lou Dobh in Brunswick. It was a wonderful experience. Everyone who worked with me was helpful, straightforward and knowledgeable. Drove 300miles and 5 hours to purchase from this dealership rather than those around me in my state. Jeremy and Tre were great to deal with. They listened to the customer, read the room, and did what they said they were going to do in the timeframe they stated. No pressure, straight forward, good inventory. This was one of the worst experiences at a car dealership. I had a preapproved from my bank, but I thought I would let them try to finance me through their banks. They came back wanting $5000 down so I decided to go with my bank. My bank sends a check overnight, so it would take an extra day to arrive. They said that the car would stay on the lot until the check arrived, potentially selling it to another person. I asked how could that be since I have a loan signed with that Vin number? I called to speak ...

Jessie did a wonderful job answering all of our questions and was patient throughout the process. He was ver knowledgeable about all the wonderful features of our new KIA Telluride machine, and again, was patient with our questions. He introduced us to the necessary people in all phases to the process. The finance department was also very professional.

Stephanie was extremely efficient, she met my needs, helped in every way she could, and had me driving off the lot a happy woman in my new mom car one mo th in and love it!

This dealership is one that you should stay away from. The dealership has just changed ownership and they are not going to honor promises made by previous dealership. Unfortunately I will not be coming back here.

A few days ago I purchased my second vehicle from Mike Murphy Kia, each time I worked with Amanda Parker. Sheβs very easy to work with, answered all my questions and helped me with someone if the concerns I had and was great with me being super anxious and awkward about the whole car trade in process. They gave me a decent trade in for my 2019 Kia Optima, and sent me home with a brand new 2023 Kia Seltos.

Our very first Kia ever and we are so pleased with how we were treated by Nate. Also, Amanda was helpful in detailing everything covered under Kia's awesome warranty for us too. If you need a vehicle go see them!

Jeremy is the absolute best salesman in that facility. The time he takes to cover all the bases, allow for customer questions, knowledge of the vehicle, FULL TRANSPARENCY, and all around the guy who should be your lead salesman and trainer. I dealt with Jesse prior to him who was terrible and even advised me that it wasnβt worth doing a deal if he wasnβt making $2k commission. You should have more salesmen like Jeremy and zero like Jesse.

Let me just start by saying this was the easiest experience buying a car. Within 10 minutes of arriving we were already test driving my car. Not only was Nate extremely knowledgeable when it came to the 2023 Kia Sportage he was so nice and very accommodating. Every question I asked(there was alot) he was very quick to answer them for me.
