I believe it was about a 30 minute test drive! There was alot to cover. He also made sure to answer any questions. The finance manager Marc was also phenomenal working with me and so kind. After a couple back and forth we came upon a deal I couldn't refuse. When I say he worked with me on the deal. He really worked with me on the deal. Never have I experienced a car dealship full of understanding people that seem to care more about making it work for you than have you walking out questioning if you made the right decision. Even the finance manager I did the paperwork with was quick and explained everything to me as well as answered any questions I had during signing. I drove an hour from midway after I got off work so I was a late arrival arriving around 530. I was out of there by 830 with my brand new Kia. Not to mention they closed at 7. Even having to stay after and not being able to rush home to their families, i never once felt rushed even though i was trying to rush for them lol. They kept the same energy throughout the whole experience . Casper (Jeremy) even helped me move everything from the car i traded into my new one as well as helped set up kia features on my phone.I highly suggest anyone in the market for a new Kia to make the trip to this dealership. Guaranteed you will be treated as a human and not just another sale. You all were wonderful and I will be sure to be coming back to yall for future car buying! I cant thank you enough!

Very quick and friendly routine service appointment. I was a little early but they got me right in and less than 30 minutes for service and a wash! The waiting area was nice

This is the place to be if you need a new or used car.I purchased my very first new car ever from Mark Nolden sales manager at Lou sobh Saturday the 6th of June.He and his team walked me through everything I told him what I needed and it was painless and rewarding.It was like my on son helping me.I got a k4 super car rides so quiet and that's another thing they programed the electronics and filled her up and on my way I was .It had 27 miles on it I am so happy.please if you haven't tried a Kia do it you won't regret it.Just ask for Mark Nolden he will put you in the right hands.Thanks KIA

I visited Lou Sobh Kia of Brunswick yesterday for my car's maintenance (oil change, filter replacement, and tire rotation), and the experience was fantastic. The staff was super friendly and professional, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I love coming here because I know my vehicle is in the best hands. Highly recommended for their great customer service! Five well-deserved stars.

Came in over the weekend and met with Michael, our salesman. He was very kind and listened to our requests and I only had to look at two cars to find what I wanted. He never made us feel uncomfortable and never felt "sales-y". He mentioned he was new to this dealership and you wouldn't have known it. The sales manager was also very kind, easy to deal with. We didn't have to go back and forth on negotiations a million times to get a deal that we would be happy with. Unfortunately, do to know fault of their own we did not leave with a vehicle, however I would highly recommend this dealer. If we are in the market for a Kia again we will definitely return and ask for Michael.

Great experience. Took our Kia in for routine service. Everyone in the service department was professional, friendly. They provided updates of the status of the service. Washed our car. Service was completed in a timely manner. Went over all that was done. We have purchased two vehicles from here. Very happy.

Took just over a half hour for oil/filter change and tire rotation with hands car wash.

Always the height of cordiality and personal service. Never seems rehearsed or inauthentic. Hats off to all.

Catlyn was super friendly i call her and she arrange everything for me . The service was very fast and they offer me a free wash wich I didn’t want it coz its was bad weather

I drive almost an hour to get there, but it is always worth my time because I consistently get great service. I opt to use their waiting room and it's comfortable and I never have to wait long!

The friendly customer service from Lou Sobh Kia of Brunswick, made me so disinterested in what the dealership down the road was even talking about. With Sales service from Leon, Great rates from Tre, and the smoothness of Jake, explaining things well, we would have been foolish not to buy The 2025, Kia Sportage from Lou Sobh Kia of Brunswick. They even offer snacks, coffee, water the other dealership, didn't even have that to offer as far as our eyes could see. The store manager, was pleasant, oh and did I mention, Leon Fantastic and knowledgeable, Tre, friendly and works hard for you to get you to the price you want, if you need it, and Jake, was so patient, smiled through the whole lrocess,,the overall experience, we didn't feel like a number, we felt like family! Sorry as xxxx.one key was not programed. The dealer wants to charge 80 dollars so I have 2 keys, which I requested when buying the vehicle. Also told the dealer the car was missing a jack and lug wrench. The dealer trying to sell me that as well. Will not recommend Lou Sobh to anyone. But I will post more poor reviews on social media

This was one of the worst experiences at a car dealership. I had a preapproved from my bank, but I thought I would let them try to finance me through their banks. They came back wanting $5000 down so I decided to go with my bank. My bank sends a check overnight, so it would take an extra day to arrive. They said that the car would stay on the lot until the check arrived, potentially selling it to another person. I asked how could that be since I have a loan signed with that Vin number? I called to speak with the general manager, Brian Bove, but the Jim Long answered the phone and said he was the GM. I explained the situation so he wanted me to text him my banks information along with the tracking number and said he would get back to me. He never returned anything to me through text. He only said give me a minute, still waiting. Any car dealership I’ve ever deal with the bank of my own they speak to the bank and I’ve driven away that day with my car. It’s disappointing you cannot find any dealership in the local area to work with you. I have to drive to Hinesville to deal with car dealerships. Just know if you shop here in Brunswick at the Kia dealer don’t look for them to be flexible or customer oriented.

Jessie did a wonderful job answering all of our questions and was patient throughout the process. He was ver knowledgeable about all the wonderful features of our new KIA Telluride machine, and again, was patient with our questions. He introduced us to the necessary people in all phases to the process. The finance department was also very professional.

Note: Nate Brown, their pre-owned car sales person, asked me, up front, to write a review. The irony! TL:DR: Told Nate up front I had $3000 to work with, on a $10k car, and would probably need a co-signer. Co-signer came, signed off on paperwork, only for Nate to then tell me he needed $6500 DOWN(!!!!) on the same $10k car. Wasted my time, the co-signer's time, and we went elsewhere. The story: I used the Lou Sobh website to see what was available in our price range. I initially saw a car for $5933, and put in an inquiry on their website. Nate Brown called me the next day, and I told him, up front, we were working with a $3000 down. He said that was fine, and then scheduled a test drive. The following day, Nate told me that car "didn't pass inspection", and was shipped off to the auction. (Why was it on the website, then?) He told me about a car in the $10k range, which was almost double what I was shopping for, but I figured $3000 down would be good enough. (30% down? Why wouldn't it be?) I come to the appointment, Nate had me drive the $10k car, as well as a car in the $16k range. We started the paperwork, got our co-signer in, she signed it, and Nate went to the back of the office. He then came back, telling us we'd need $6500. ON A $10k car?! WITH $3000 down AND a CO-SIGNER?! We had left the option for the $10k car open, FFS! For context, on the $10k car, with $3000 down, and 72 months, our payment was only $250 a month! If you need a description of Nate, he looks sort of like B. Dylan Hollis, the recipe guy from Tiktok and YouTube. And Nate? There's your review! Enjoy! PS, they called the next day to see how the sale went!?!?

My wife and I recently purchased a 2023 Kia Sorrento form Lou Sobh Kia Brunswick. We had been shopping around the last dealership we went to felt like they were trying to get every penny out of us. The sales person had to keep going back to the manager (Money guy). Every time we got a little more. Frustrated, we looked for another dealership and found Lou Sobh. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!. We sat down with our sales person, Jake Spaulding, explained what we were looking for and what our bottom line was to get a deal done. First of all, we felt no pressure to buy a vehicle, tht was nice. We did test drive, then back at the dele ship, Jake went over the whole car nd all its features. Great experience! Everyone was very helpful especially Samantha, My oil change was done in record time (less than an hour)! Samantha explained the process of vehicle maintenance to me in a way I could understand the necessity of keeping service appointments and keeping records of service.
